April 25-27, 2025, The 85th China Educational Equipment Exhibition will grandly open at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin). As the annual event for the Chinese educational equipment industry, this exhibition, themed "Digital Empowerment of Education, Innovation Leading the Future," brings together top global educational technology companies to showcase breakthrough achievements in the modernization of education.

As an innovation pioneer in the field of educational equipment, Apebio and its strategic partner Dade Education jointly participated in the exhibition for the first time, jointly launching a cross-disciplinary integrated innovation laboratory solution based on the PlantBlock educational version intelligent planting system. Cross-disciplinary integrated innovation laboratory solution providing a new practical sample for the digital transformation of education.

The PlantBlock educational version planting equipment showcased this time, with safety, lightweight, and intelligence as its core advantages, precisely adapts to primary and secondary school education scenarios. The product uses food-grade materials and a low-voltage power supply system, realizing "zero-screw" modular assembly. Students can independently complete the entire process from equipment assembly to plant harvesting. Through the Internet of Things technology, the equipment can monitor temperature, humidity, light, nutrient solution, and other data in real time, supporting APP remote control, making modern agricultural technology "understandable, visible, and tangible." Currently, this solution has been successfully implemented in more than 30 schools in Nanjing, Shenzhen, and other places, becoming an important carrier for campus labor practice and cross-disciplinary teaching.

Relying on the "Smart Farm" curriculum system developed by Dade Education, the solution deeply links knowledge from multiple disciplines such as biology, physics, chemistry, and information technology. Taking "Scientific Exploration of Tomato Soilless Cultivation" as an example, students complete the complete scientific research process from equipment construction, variable experiments, data analysis to results transformation through an 8-week practice cycle, mastering key technologies such as spectral control and nutrient solution ratio in labor. A teacher from Nanjing Jinling Middle School Affiliated Junior High School gave feedback: "Through comparative experiments, students found that a 3:1 ratio of red light to blue light can increase lettuce yield by 18%. This real-world exploration greatly stimulated learning enthusiasm."

Against the backdrop of the comprehensive promotion of labor education in the new era, the cooperative exploration of Apebio and Dade Education provides a vivid practical sample for cultivating future talents with innovation capabilities. At the Tianjin exhibition in April, visitors can experience the intelligent planting equipment on-site, observe student research results, and feel the infinite possibilities of the collision between technology and education.
