Recently, the press conference on the "Nutrition and Quality Standards and Specifications for Food and Drug Homogeneous Prefabricated Vegetables" jointly organized by the Food and Nutrition Development Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Prefabrication Working Committee of the China Vegetable Circulation Association was held in Beijing.   The release and implementation of this standard will play a good role in promoting the research and development, quality testing, traceability, preservation technology promotion, and leading the formulation of industry standards in the prefabricated vegetable industry.   CheerBio is invited to participate.

The release of the "Nutrition and Quality Standard Specification for Food and Drug Homogeneous Prefabricated Vegetables" is a solid step forward in the standardization work of China's prefabricated vegetable industry, and will provide strong support for the future development of the prefabricated vegetable industry.
 
Qian Keming stated that the prefabricated vegetable industry is a new model and format for the integrated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in rural areas, with one end connected to the vegetable basket in the production area and the other end connected to the market table.
 
The introduction of the group standard "Nutrition and Quality Standard Specification for Food and Drug Homogeneous Prefabricated Vegetables" will provide a unified, scientific, and operable standard system for the prefabricated vegetable industry, providing clear guidance and specifications for the production, processing, and sales of food and drug homologous prefabricated vegetables, and making the food safety control of prefabricated vegetables standardized.
